Our Team

Caroline, Veronica & Joëlle, 3 former HR Leaders each with successful carreers and a shared passion for fostering workplace excellence.
Their paths first crossed over a decade ago. Years passed and they continued to excell in their respetive fields whilst remaining connected.
One sunny afternoon, an idea started to blossom 'why not create a space where we could bring our unique strenghts together'? Inspired by this conversation, they launched 'Spring'.
Spring is more than a business, it is the fullfilment of a shared dream to make a meaningful impact on the world of work.
